On Thursday the 11th of July, we had the pleasure of being invited to St James’ Park to attend the 2024 North East Apprenticeship Awards.
Surrounded by upcoming local talent, we were honoured to be the winner of the ‘SME Employer of the Year’ award. We strongly believe apprentices are vital for the ongoing success of the company, their presence has energised our more experienced workers, who are happy to pass on knowledge and helped create a more positive culture within our workforce.
