What are the benefits of adding a conservatory to my property?
Adding a conservatory offers several advantages. It increases your living space without the need for a full home extension, providing a cost-effective solution for expanding your home. Conservatories flood your living area with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They can also increase the value of your property and enhance its overall appeal.
Do conservatories need planning permission?
Usually not. Planning permission is not needed to install a 3-metre-long conservatory on a semi-detached property and a 4-metre-long conservatory on a detached home. If you do need planning permission, the team at Tyneside Home Improvements will organise it on your behalf.
How long will it take to install a conservatory?
Conservatories usually take from two to three weeks to install. The time it takes to install a conservatory will depend on the level of complexity of the project and the amount of groundwork needed.
Will there be much disruption and mess during a conservatory installation?
No. All our conservatory installers will put down protective covers during installation. Any mess or debris created during installation will be removed once the conservatory is installed.
In what areas do you install conservatories?
At Tyneside Home Improvements, we install conservatories across Northeast England. We serve all the major cities in the area including Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesborough, and Durham. We also work extensively across all towns and villages in Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, North Yorkshire, and County Durham.
